This is Urban Chaos Complete by ETOF Prodcutions, This is an RAR I put together of all 3 Parts of Urban Chaos V1.0 (So I won't have to upload all three parts one at an time), This TC mod works like Violent Offender, Violent Intent:Deadly Force, and Hysteria but with more focus on the weapons, Swat officers and animations of suspects, hostages, civilians, and officers while also adding new blood effects and new radio talk.
