In Game Mission Briefing modified to support internationalized network play.
Now allows games to be played with foreign games (e.g. UK vs. France).
Characters.dat modified to support internationalized network play.
Program now detects whether it is the UK or US version.
Use of the Hysteria Mod no longer removes all bullet holes.
Chat support enabled for Dead characters. The Dead can only speak with the Dead.

Support for turning off system messages in Chat screens provided. Use -nosys in a shortcut, or type /sys in the chat window to toggle on/off chat messages.

Players can now set their ammo to 0 for an ammo type.
When going to Call-Up after a multi-player game on WON, the game takes you back to your starting room as long as it still exists.
When logging on to a multiplayer game with WON, you will always start in one of 3 default rooms. This keeps players from getting placed in specialized rooms like Serious Co-op Only or German.
Added support for private messages. Use /pvt user_name message_text. The other user must be in the same room.
Weapon / Ammo / Camo / Skin preferences are saved for the player.
Client grenade movement smoothed out.
Bug with leaning and using a tool-kit fixed.
Bug with a LAN game with 13+ Mods enabled fixed.
Display issue in MOD Selector with mod names over 38 characters in length.
