Capturing the drama and epic conflict of Star Wars, Battlefront II brings the fight online. Attention to detail and scale make this game a joy to behold, with 16 incredible new battlefronts such as Utapau, Mustafar and the space above Coruscant, as well as the Death Star interior and Tantive IV, Princess Leia's blockade runner seen at the beginning of the original Star Wars.
A space assault map that sees the Empire face off against a pirate space station. Includes several unique vessels as well as a hidden sidequest.
Thx for publishing your great map again officially on ModDB ... it was one my favorite maps once upon a time ;)
Wait...the map is crashing for me...I have the 1.3 patch r129 and only my own mod on the computer, what it can be?
It depends on what your own mod does, I guess. If a mod modifies stock sides, it can cause issues with any numbers of mods. I don't believe that it should cause an issue with this one, but that'd be my first guess.
It's a large era mod like dt, so I don't think the problem came from here.
Also i've managed to play this 1~2 seconds before a CDT and the units don't have any weapons's models...strange...
An error like that almost certainly means that you've got some conflict with the base files that the mod is calling. I can't say what specifically in your setup causes an issue, but I've tested this on a fresh install of SWBF2 without issue.
You may doublecheck that you don't have any "graphical" side mods (things that just "upgrade" the base unit/weapon models), because a lot of them are done in such a way that the author(s) don't keep filenames the same.
Yes, I never installed graphic mods because I don't like that...That's sure at 100% I don't have one.
You're right it must be the base files, but is there something common to all maps you recently released at Moddb?
Because sadly one one is working.
Great space map, even features a very tricky Easter Egg! ;-)
I wonder what the easter egg is lol
How do you uninstall?
remove it from your addon folder:
(Steam) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\addon
(non-steam) C:\Program Files (x86)\Lucas Art\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\Data\addon
Oh yeah, but what's the folder name?
PSA, that's the folder name you're looking for.

Do you still make such excellent maps?
I suppose you've probably gone onto the new BFII, but still. It's a loss to humanity.
