That's because it's a just a play through of the animations, if no code telling what animation to play.

Pretty cool! Good progress, i was waiting for this video :D
But let me say: This need much more work on it...
for exemple: When grunt is running away (Scared), his legs move much faster!
But its still an awesome update :D

I don't know why, but the animations seem a bit robotic. But it's all good non the less.

It's probably because we used a pathetic amount of frames, for hardware reasons.

yea as an animator myself, I know using that measly amount of frames is hard to make a nice character animation like that.

Description

Here is an early look at one of Solitude's more interesting and entertaining characters. The grunt.

Animation list :

1) Sleep
2) Idle
3) Walk (We do know there is a bit to much waving, and the arms are to stiff. This will be fine tuned)
4) Grenade throw
5) Idle shooting
6) Melee
7) Reload
8) Running
9) Running while shooting
10) Running away scared (A trademark of the grunts, classic
11) Dodge left
12) Dodge right (We are aware he looks like he's doing a 70s dance move)
13) Die 1
14) Die 2
15) Die 3
