ScrumbleShip is the most accurate space combat simulation devised to date. Gather resources, construct a capital ship out of individual blocks, then pilot it with AI or human help against other players.

Oh, and here's roughly the same shot after adding some more hidden face culling to the engine.
Yeah, I went there.
The framerate is pretty low here, but I DID set the quality to "epic".

:O Epic!
It's... so... beautiful! And hidden face culling? Oh no you didn't! If you only draw blocks the player can see, the system load should go down immensely. Which means more hi-res blocks for everyone. :D
This cavernous space may make for a good lighting screenshot, but it isn't a working ship. The cave will soon be filled with bulkheads, pipes, wires, terminals, fuel tanks, and crew amenities needed for a working freighter.
Just so you know, you make some epic ships.
Thank you, Flametrace! :D I just think about what we'll be able to do with these ships when all is said and done, and that's what drives me to build big and well.
so thats the *sunglasses* wales tail
This ship looks much bigger on the inside.. I KNEW IT! YOU ARE USING MAGIC TO CREATE YOUR SHIPS!
This is actually an updated version : ) The version I was using to take screenshots was older, and smaller. Also, the way I was lighting it, the majority of what WAS there was black :D
Cheers,
-Dirk
Haha yes, my homeboy Dumbledore hooked me up with his magic tent spell, and I use it on all my ships.
