Which makes me wonder how you guys are going to handle random encounters. You're gonna have to have some big *** grass to hide some of these pokemon. :)

LOL I bet it's going to be the classic style, otherwise one could eventually find a rare pokemon's spawn area. I personally can't wait to get on the map but that's a long ways away! Hmmm I wonder if you would be able to get through mount moon by following the right wall in PG =P
I don't think random encounter is that great thing, I mean it's not realistic, randomly spawning pokemons would be a great thing to do and they could have an aggro range.(if you get inside this range they attack you and an encounter starts, friendlier pokemons could have smaller range) Specific areas could have a spawn table with pokemons and spawn rates and randomly choose which ones to spawn based on their spawn chances.
yes of course they will likely do that but what I am getting at is that what happens when a player faints all the Pokemon in the area, is just going to remain like that until you come back in, is there going to be spawn location in the grass or outside the walking boundaries, and if there is a spawn area, how do you prevent a player from campo at a spawn that randomly generates stats for each Pokemon it spawns until the player finds their ideal stat choice (I use to do that in red so that my Pokemon would grow to be the strongest of its kind). Maybe if there is a spawn area, make sure to make it not spawn new Pokemon until player is a good distance away (5-10m maybe?) idk your the devs so you decide hat happens here.
He´ll probably find a solution. He could put many respawing areas, and disable the ones that are close to the player.

EPIC! Also,will pokemon be able to evolve WHILE battiling? So like when I got enough XP he evolves and then gets like 25 hp back.

when i was a and i watched the anime and got my first pokemon i loved skytehr he was allways my fave gen 1 pokemon but he just cant lurn fly hope u fix that

Wow the models look amazing! Can't wait t catch them! But I do have few questions, will the game area be expanded to the whole kanto map one day. And will there be the same type of pokemon game traits in it, like being able to enter buildings and fight trainers, as well as buy potions and other things and use hms. Will we be bale to have more than six pokemon, as in will there be a storage for other pokemon. And how many generations will you add. Also will we be able to customize our characters?

Yes you will be able to fight trainer, enter buildings and all those other things you could do in the anime series and in the hendheld games. Also not only Kanto but also Johto will be completely added.
HM's will be in the game but different, they won't be really moves but more ability like pidgeot beiing able to fly you somewhere and Lapras beiing able to travel with you on his back.

Uh...I think that random encounters wouldn't be a great thing. There must be some areas in the game which shall be known for some pokemons' shelter places. Like...an area that has lots of Vialplume and other grass pokemon...and an area which specializes in having fire pokemon.
And some would be in herds and some would be lonely, some would be injured and some would be strong.Some that have leaders.
if all the pokemon move around the world freely as they will it will really help with the population problem they will have if they dont plan on mayking a huge world
