Bite your way through advancing armies and thwart the alien invasion! Based on the long-running "Poharex" web series, "Poharex: The Second Invasion" is a free indie platformer that combines high-quality graphics with fast-paced, action-oriented gameplay, inspired by the platformer classics of the 1990's.
Since I've updated the style of my comics in early October (https://poharex.deviantart.com/art/Poharex-2014-Style-Update-PREVIEW-485934263), I thought I'd make the same changes in the game's graphics as well. The biggest change is that I've made more subtle outlines for the backgrounds, platforms, scenery objects etc. as opposed to the solid black outlines of the characters themselves. The purpose of this change is to allow the characters to stand out more.
In addition, I've replaced the red springs (which looked too much like something from a Sonic game) with more futuristic-looking jump pads that float in mid air, allowing for more options in level design.
