Patient Zero *BETA* V1.0.0.2 file

Praise who ever you pray to BETA IS HERE! While there were only 2 new items added and the map is now surrounded with a chain link fence it's finally reached my full envision and future updates to the game! Food and soda with a sprite that makes it say "cok" on it! (I'll get to work on that), also I am looking into an inventory system and more weapons so you aren't just stuck with ye' old pea shooter.
