Duckling Studios started within a typical indie videogame story - two guys and a dream. Our first major project, Out of Line, is a sidescroller platform adventure with puzzles, revolving around the main character (San) spear.
We are inspired by classic sidescrollers of the 90s, like Super Mario and Ristar, alongside recent ones as PlayDead Limbo and Inside. We love that touch of physical challenges, puzzles, and emphasis on silent narrative, that we aimed to give our own personal twist.

Although we are still videogames student (at ETIC in Portugal), our goal with Out of Line is to create an artistic expression. Something that can relate with our audience and communicate with them. Hope that you will be a part of our journey :)
