Omegalodon is a third-person multiplayer action game where players compete by attacking/defending the city. The Red Team is comprised of police and soldiers armed with an array of military vehicles and explosive weaponry. The Green Team is comprised of Omegalodon, a 100-foot shark monster, and the Enviros, equipped with a healing beam. The game plays like a backward tower-defense game, but with free-roaming capability and fast-paced, realtime action. Omegalodon's objective is a nuclear containment dome at the city center. The round will end if it is destroyed, the timer reaches zero, or if Omegalodon dies. And take everything from it that isn't nailed down! Seriously, this game brings back some wonderful nostalgia, and I'd love to see the rescue (find the hidden lab where your baby is being held before time runs out), landmark hunt (find the landmark that's hosting the annoying radio tower), and berserk (destroy everything you can and then leave before you die), and escape (break out of a lab and get out of the city before you run out of health) modes brought in, as well as some additional monsters (giant spider, giant wast, an acidic blob, and a giant robot), some various stories (a couple of single player campaigns would be cool, as well as some co-op ones), alternate cities with cool landmarks, and possibly a monster versus monster mode (with the military/eco forces backing one or the other) if you have the time.

Edit: I remembered the name wrong, it was actually called the "Movie Monster Game". My bad.

There was a snes game as well where you played as giant monsters wrecking a city
