Classic Germanic efficiency in action. An intensely frustrating text based game with a cutthroat community (though still honorable, unlike Wall Street), yet vastly addicting all the same.
Was reluctant to try OGame because of the hype. Though finally, some years ago, played it (and only once) with a couple of friends - and proved to be very entertaining, innovative, and generally interesting.
Even if the game (a newly started server) was a while later grabbed by those who became nimbler at it. :-)
