Quick patch release to fix up some more issues. We have some big new features planned, but wanted to fix up some of those bugs before moving forward.

- Updated some plugin files to their latest versions to help reduce conflicts that were leading to game crashes in some cases
[Fixes]
- Fixed issue with avatar getting put below the ground at an odd angle when getting out of a vehicle
- Fixed issue with some animated objects that contain bones and skinning not showing/animating correctly in client
- Fixed issue with some avatar spot nodes showing the avatar at the wrong angle when attached to the spot
