Need for Speed II, released in Japan as Over Drivin' II, is a racing video game released in 1997. It is a part of the Need for Speed series and is the second game in the series, following Road & Track Presents: The Need for Speed.
Game of my childhood. Enjoyable by today standards especially with friends!
One of my childhood games! There are a lot of varied/sport cars to choose. Besides, you can drive in first person (where you see detailed interiors for each car!). The tracks are funny, cool menu designs, nice music... and it was a great racing game for its time.
This is a great, classic game. I always enjoyed the wacky physics, you can make a large truck completely flip & spin by crashing into it with a small car. While I believe NFSIII:HP is the best of the originals, NFSII was a fun entry that really took the series to the next level at the time.
