It's called talent for drawing. The actual textures are just fill colors with lines, nothing really special or hard to do about that. It's the way you draw your lines that makes it good or bad though.
Lol I didnt meant that...he must of have some really good mouse cuz I cant do lot of things with it,but I am planing on getting that graphic tablet
