As par your request, I have removed the need to re-read dialog after a death on the demo levels. It should be 1 times only now. Thanks for the suggestion. Ive also fixed a few small bugs.

Ive also been toying around with new app icons to see if they changes the rate at when people visit the app store page, then continue on to download it. Will post results when our experiment is over. (1-2 months)
