It looks side ways like hes falling over or something. WHICH WOULD BE COOL
he's probably dead/dying, so he is looking slanted.
Lolz, im pretty sure hes alive, hence the torch in his hand. Maybe its like a shockwave or something from the ghast cannon. Also, looks like a "GET TO DA PORTAL!!!" Scene where you get a shot to the face, and dragged away by pigmen, also would be a good amnesia mod introduction, donchta think? Looks like you would wake up with 3 or even 5 hp, which would be 1 1/2 hearts or 2 1/2 hearts, or 3 hearts being the basic. Go ghasts!!!
