Men of War takes place in Europe and North Africa during the height of World War II. The story takes place over three different campaigns and players take on the role of Soviet, Allied and German soldiers. Each campaign has its own scenario and structured timeline, which brings different elements of the war to life.

I have seen many of the multiplayer map i enjoy in men of war was not included in assault squad. as well as many other things have been remove or change. so i have taken 30 min of my time to make this men of war assault squad map pack that included 15 of the multiplayer map from men of war. Note: this map pack is not a mod. so that mean your able to play assault squad without activating a mod.

I dislike assault squad. is may have good looking graphic but that don't necessarily make it a good game and for 35$ is a rip off for anybody that played the original men of war. and i am not modding.
i just did this for all the people that when in to multiplayer asking themselves (where the hell are the old multiplayer map)
For anybody that is thinking of getting assault squad for 35$ off of steam.
you're better off with red tide and the original men of war for the same price with 22 mission in red tide and in the original men of war with 19 missions that you can play co-op + 6 Multiplayer game mode.
compare to assault squad with it so call 15 skirmish mission that are all the same mission type. assault squad is a poorly made clone copy of Company of Heroes without the base building.
Made the same point about AS just being a rip off for 35$ and absolutely no one agreed. We may have our differences but we can agree o one thing :)

as for the part that no one agreed that assault squad is a ripoff' is not true we are being censored on the Digitalmindsoft forum, if their is any topic that speak about assault squad in a poor light are deleted or lock.
and anyone that comment about assault squad negatively are troll by the same 3 people that think they're speaking in behalf of the Community when they clearly don't.

As for what you were saying there, I think you're right then, they are being very KGB about it and I think they need to listen to the real MoW players. Its worth lss than the price of a torrent off of piratebay, = 0$
assault squad suck! on it's multiplayer ,there is only skrimih(co-op), battle/combat, frontlines and assault zones. other nations excluding japan are overpowered againts germans. co-op mission are total failures. they same goals, same pattern and are boring. i could say don't spent your money on assault squad.

P.S. Assault Squad is the first MoW i have ever played and I really enjoy it :-D (being a long term Sudden Strike player and looking for a modern replacement for some time)

Altho i did notice they have 'path names' as opposed to actual names and they do not display the map numbers on the left like the official maps... very minor issue though
It's a shame that not many people have these maps for assault squad. I find that im playing by my self most of the time which is a complete pain.

assault squad is only good in sp not in mp
