I mostly do a development blog on the website www.lostgateways.com but here is what is going on:
Today I mostly worked on some graphical improvements, bug fixing and adding craftables
- Added blacksmithing Skill
- Added recipes for all equipment in game except for Red Ore equipment
- Reworked Main Menu to display new tile generation and water graphics
- Changed Fish Resource to be drawn with particle system instead of a horrible rotating sprite
- Fixed a bug with crafting non stackable items not stacking
- Fixed Main Menu to display information about Loading and Saving when you click a button
- Fixed Main Menu button clicking bug
- Added Anvil which is a requirement for Iron and above craftables
- Tooltips no longer display for zero resource count resources
- Fixed a nasty chest reference bug
Right now placeable structures do have a time limit to decay but I am not checking for it in game, the idea is when you place a non static structure like a camp fire it will burn out in a few hours and disappear.
