My mistake, I did not know that Cap'n Deathbeard banned all guns in the game, would you mind telling me where he has said that? If not, then I can assume that projectile weapons involving gunpowder, can be considered guns.
I think he said it on the forum somewhere, can't really provide a link though. But we were assured there will be no gunpowder in the game.
Why? It would make sense if gasoline or any other fossil fuel based combustible was missing, they are hard to obtain, but Gunpowder is a relatively easy chemical to make.
That base seems a tad small, other than that looks really evil.
I think there should be bows first before mechanized turrets... Just my opinion.
Who said there isnt?? And if you look the game roadmap you see that ranged weapons are still farther on the list, this is just the models being done.

Nope, just need to look that characters have a turret weapon skill, whch menas they must control it.
