During the day, Jeklynn Heights is a gorgeous place with beautiful scenery and friendly people. As the sun sets however, the town slowly descends into a quirky, bizarre, and violent town. In this stunning multiplayer title, play on either the rich Town Square or poor Slum team as you fight each other to escape this devastating town. Combining third and first person perspectives, as well as a multitude of genres, Jeklynn Heights is a ground breaking title that is guaranteed to raise a few eyebrows.

After a long stretch, we are very pleased to announce our official Jeklynn Heights website. The URL to join is Jeklynnheights.com There is a lot of new content and information regarding our title so let me just briefly summarize them now.

Account Reservations

On our website you can reserve a game account. This is not a pre-order for the game, but the account you register will be your game account and forum account. In order to post on our forums, you must reserve your game account first. It's all tied in together! Once you have a reserved account, you can choose to donate $10.00 to become a "Day Time Resident", or $20.00 to become a "Night Time Resident". Both of these titles allow you to enter our beta testing later down the road, in addition to exclusive content updates. Donating does not mean you have bought the game or pre-ordered.

Content Updates

We have updated all of our screen shots showcasing new characters, props, and environments. We also launched a characters page where you can get information on all released main weapons and playable characters. Additionally, there is a full mother goose styled story about Jeklynn Heights that explains how things originated into this crazy state!

Staring at the asylum Town Slums

We are going to be ironing out any problems and expand on the systems we already launched much more in the coming weeks and months. If you are interested in what we are working on, please reserve an account and join us on the community forums. We would love to hear from all of you and more importantly get specific input on how we can make this title better. Spreading the word is key right now, so pass the site along! See ya there =)

The game is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. However... paying for access to beta? I've seen plenty of games employ the "pre-order for beta/alpha access", but to pay exclusively for the beta?

Fair point Ayjona. Right now the game is entirely funded out of my own pocket. Any donation money that we do get goes directly back into the game development. If I were to accept pre-orders right now, all the money that would normally be used as income would go into development leaving the company with not much once we actually release.

Donating to test the game seems like a fair way to reward people who contribute to essentially the development of the title. Hope that clears things up.
