Wow the walls look way to burned.Compared to everything else it looks kinda jaring.
Pretty cool through.
Wall ("BAR" sign) is awful!
It may be a bit bland, but I'd say it gets the job done fine... You do have to understand that they have countless amounts of other props and art assets to create as well. With that said it's quite trivial. :p
I'm sure a quick texture edit to add a framing to the neon lights would help though.

I like the idea of the bar as a place to communicate with npc's, cant wait!
I can only imagine what the barkeep is going to look like when he comes shuffling out. The neon color effects are prime for the mood !
