Fractured State is an urban combat real time strategy game that takes place in the pseudo diesel/steam punk decay of the nation of Laperia. It features simultaneous interior and exterior combat to power building-to-building fights, cover and flanking, and weapon accuracy modelling and reloading.
Imo, the lack of functional normal maps and the too low resolution of the model take away from the nice design. Also the textures are much too saturated and have a to clean/uniform look.
Normal mapping is in the pipeline - just not implemented yet. As for the saturation and cleanliness of the diffuse texture, that was intentional. :)
