Fox One is an aerial combat game in the mold of classic games in the genre, with third and first-person view and focused in action, speed, visual effects and story. Contrary to what is common in this type of game, Fox One has simple and user-friendly controls, and clean and easy to read interface, because the game's proposal is fast action and challenge.

Description

The aircraft in FoxOne: the F-2A "Viper Zero". Manufactured by the Japanese company Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, the F-2A is a fighter based on the famous North American F-16 and entered service in the year 2000. The biggest differences from the American design, are the wings of greater length and different swept angle, larger horizontal stabilizers, canopy in 3 parts, and a longer nose to accommodate the modern J/APG-1 AESA radar. The F-2A was the first fighter to enter service equipped with AESA radar, before the U.S. F-22 Raptor. It also has better weapons and fuel capacity than that of the F-16, due to the 25% of extra wing area and two extra weapon pylons. However, the extra weight impacted on performance, especially acceleration. But the main problem is the aircraft cost, being quite expensive for a fourth-generation fighter. The F-2A jets of the JASDF (Japan Air Self-Defense Force) have constantly intercepted Russian aircraft, like Tupolev Tu-95 "Bear" and Sukhoi Su-27 "Flanker", often near the disputed Kuril Islands.
