The archive contains 180x120 splash tile replacers for both the title screen (2502|TITLEPLUTOPAKSPRITE) and the main menu (2503|MENUPLUTOPAKSPRITE) created in the style of Nuclear Winter one. It can be used universally with all compatible addons. Raze will apply the relevant one based on its own defined filters when used with official releases.
For unofficial releases adjust the grpinfo file accordingly. The included one is configured for addon repacks from the link above. Unfortunately, Raze currently ignores grpinfo files if ran with CMD parameters so you will have to run it without.
If you are autoloading other mods that are replacing the same tiles (e.g. HRP/ERP) ensure this one is loaded last by renaming it to be alphabetically last.
There are title tile (2499|INGAMEDUKETHREEDEE) replacers included as well but not in use. You can uncomment them in duke3d.def file to see them in action.
Feel free to reuse these assets while giving credit when possible.
