This is when you scream to your friends, "It's every man for himself!"

lol , it's sometimes a good tactic to let someone (usually the hunter, cuz he can soak up more thrash damage) act as a decoy to draw sharks away. He'll almost always get mauled, but it gives you a great window to snatch up all the treasures from under the sharks nose : D

Will that Knife be useful for something? I think that if the shark gets close enough for you be able to use the knife, you won't be there to actually use it XD

sure, the knife has a very important use. When a shark grabs you, it pulls you around and shakes you to tear off your limb. This takes abit of time however (depending on the size of the shark) , so you have a few seconds to stab it with your knife and force it to drop you. A shark will drop you whenever it takes enough damage. When it does drop you, it is "stunned" for several seconds afterward, which often gives you enough time to get away : )

The Hunter could, possibly. But the watcher and seeker don't have any offensive weapons. In general it is good practice to avoid fights with sharks, unless you have the clear upper hand ( a hunter vs an injured white, or a mako for example). In an open fight, ateam of sharks will completely destroy a team of divers.

Description

A Watcher class diver is spotted by a mako shark. While this encounter did not go well for the Watcher, a dart fired from his tag gun was able to mark the mako on radar so that his allies could stay out of harm's way. Sharks remained tagged until the end of the match.
