Pretty good lighting, creates a good mood. Even though that night sequence was realistically lighted, I would suggest having the player model lit up a bit for gameplay purposes, maybe a bit more lights or even random glowsticks or something. I also asume she will be holding an actual flashlight in the final. Good work, keep it up.
Everything looks really great, but I can't help but notice that her walk animation looks like shes walking down a model runway even though shes in a horror game.
