This mod's idea is to balance Counter-Strike: Source's weapons
without changing the weapons' behavior too much. The changes
make gameplay more interesting as all weapons become worth using.
The mod is easily customizable. Just edit the included weapon_*.txt files.
The game's default weapon files are included too in the same .txt format.
Every change in the mod has been tested to work when the files
are only on a server. Not every kind of change to the files works
well when the files are only on a server. If you do changes it's
recommended that you only change Damage, WeaponArmorRatio, or RangeModifier.
Changes to these always work. Everything else you have to test.
Note:
- This kind of mods don't cause any VAC alerts.
You can add "CSSBW" to your server's sv_tags if your server uses the mod.

How to install the mod to a Dedicated Server (You need one to play the mod against other players)

To install:
- Put the mod's weapon_*.txt files to your server's CSTRIKE\SCRIPTS folder. Create it if it doesn't exist.
- Restart your server.
- Play. Clients don't need to install any files.
To uninstall:
- Delete the mod's weapon_*.txt files from your server's CSTRIKE\SCRIPTS folder.
- Restart your server.
How to test the mod without a Dedicated Server (You can test the mod against bots)

To install:
- Put the mod's weapon_*.txt files to your CS:S's CSTRIKE\SCRIPTS folder.
- Restart the game if it was running.
- Create a game from the game's menu.
- Play. Add bots.
Notes:
- You need to delete the mod's files and restart the game before you can join a server.
If you by accident join a server with the files installed you just get sync errors.
- If any other players join a game created from the game's menu they get sync errors.
You need a Dedicated Server for the files to work from server side.
