You take a role as a CEO in a computer company. That company builds computers and sells them, you can even build consoles, PDAs, mobile phones, etc. During the game you will also encounter AI players which has the same goals as you: To be the most successful computer company in the whole game world. There will also be a rpg based part, where you as the player don't start as a CEO, but as unemployed and uneducated, therefor you must then get an education and work your way up in to the system.

Report RSS Development has started!

Last weekend the development of the game engine has started. At this point we are testing different concepts.

Posted by on

The development of the game engine started last weekend. We have currently started the development of the core library, which will be used for example to check what type of platform the game is running on (Swing, CHARVA, text or Android). The core library will be the same on all the platforms for this game.

The supported platforms will be Windows (w/ Swing), Linux/Unix (w/ Swing, CHARVA (GUI in no xserver environment) or text) and Android.

As of this time the GUI has not yet been designed and is so far only text based. Please stay tuned for a small test version.

If you find any grammar or typing mistakes, just tell us what to fix/improve. English is not our first language. :)

Making games out of things that people do in real life are never any fun. You might as well make McDonalds the game where everyone tries to be the best burger flippers.

the screens do look great, but i have to agree with Nozzy.
i too don't see the fun of it in this, but there will probebly be people who do like this, although i don't think that it will be many.
still, i support the effort and do think you should make exactly that what you want to make. so, go for it!!
