This isn't a clickbait. Yes, you can still play COJ Cartel multiplayer in 2023 - through a Steam emulator. Here's the video showcase of people playing together some game modes. COOP mode is also working as intended.

Our dedicated Discord member: LuKeStorm is in process of doing a launcher, that will work for online play. However, there might be some problems - as people who can't buy COJ: Cartel right now don't know where to download it. You can download many versions, however you don't know which one would work on Steam Online emulator.
