Briar Heart is a "MetroidVania" style game set in the forest home of our faun main character. With a heavy focus on exploration and discovery as well as strong combat and dynamic character control we hope to capture the best of both namesakes.

This is a great start! I like the atmosphere you are building and am looking forward to seeing the develop over time. I forgot to mention, I really like the physics on the player's lantern. It has a great feel to it as you are moving around the level. I'd love to see some real time shadow effects in this game! |
