It is with great excitement that I announce the release of version 10, the final version of Block Battle Online. It has been 3 years since the initial release and this game has made astounding progress since then.
In this new version I have fixed many aggravating bugs and implemented new exciting features. Bugs fixed include: server errors, interface glitches, and compatibility issues with Windows 8. Features added include: A chat system, radar, 3D sound effects, and many more wonderful although minor additions.
Along with the new version I have completely redone my server configuration as well. It should now be completely stable and ready to fulfill everyone's matchmaking needs.
Thank you all for your support. I greatly anticipate our rendezvous on the battle field.

how do you play online? it will only let me play LAN, it did this in the last version also. i dont even see an option for online
There is no server to connect players to each other. You can set up a game with someone else over the internet, the host needs to port forward their router and then the clients can input the hosts external IP. I have successfully played over the internet multiple times. There are no separate options for online and LAN.
damn, it would be nice to just play against random people
I have plans to host a server in the future, though there are a lot of issues I will need to work out first.
I think GUI is not important. But server is... whatever you did great job. I would be much more happy if there is a asian server

i found that when you walk over body parts the game crashes. fix that pls
What were the circumstances(Map, packet frequency, over the internet or LAN, weapon, were you the client or host, etc)? Someone else had that error before as well, though I have never been able to replicate it. Also try re extracting the game, I have received reports that this has fixed errors before.
both maps, packet frequency was 2, i played with my pro in the same room, so i dont know if thats internet or LAN, any weapon i think, and i was both the host and joined the game. my bro had the same problems as well. i'll try re-extracting but i dont see how it will help but if it does i'll tell my brother.
That would most likely be a LAN connection. I still haven't been able to replicate the error, unfortunately. If re extracting doesn't work, also try deleting the game and re downloading from a different location(https://gamejolt.com/games/shooter/block-battle-online/12371/). Try it with different packet frequencies too. Also, what version of windows are you using?
i got windows 8. so does my bro.
I just asked the other guy who had this error and he also has win8. I will try to resolve this error as soon as I can, though it will be difficult since I don't have any win8 computers.
