A bit empty maybe, but the athmosphere is quite excellent.
Take gameplay into consideration; Would cars, objects and other random stuff really benefit this map? I'd say no - If any details need be placed, it should be in the background.
Either way, great job on the atmosphere of the map.
Wow it remind me of 1 mission from SW: Jedi Outcast, can't remember the name of the city. It's bloody awesome.
This is very beautiful. I was going to critique a bit on the repeating bridge.. but then I noticed each section had a slight difference to it, so no complaints.

That looks quite great. The details put in everything is fantastic, but it sure looks empty, add some cars or things to fill a bit more of the map.

Honestly though this looks amazing,those reflections are excellent and the atmosphere is realistic while still able to be played easily due to the open space. Spectacular job this looks stunning especially *checks one more time* for a game running on the source engine
Very nice lighting. One of the things that makes this mod stand out for me is the excellent mapping, and the quality seems to be very consistent.
