Do not download this. Black_Mesa_Xash-Setup.exe contains no game/mod files at all (no maps, models, textures or anything else), there are just common Xash3D Engine files packed into installer (which can be unsafe, by the way). Nothing relevant to Black Mesa is here.
Sounds like a clickbate, just, replace textures and models lol. Add some effects
