The 3dRudder offers a new way to use your feet instead of your hands to control movement, browse the web, use Microsoft Windows-based applications, or play PC keyboard video games, thus bridging a previously insurmountable gap. And it also can be combined with voice recognition for an even greater accessibility.

This is really interesting, very cool tech, but I can't ever imagine this being practical to use. I think this would be VERY cool if advertised towards people with disabilities who maybe can't use their hands or arms.
