Improving on AGM114D/Leeberty's Dynamic Indication

The original mod just threw "random" awards into the player's hud for every scoring action, without the slightest resemblance to what you were actually doing so you would basically get an "Expert Aviator" award after killing someone for example.
Still, the base idea is sound: Using medals/awards as a means of sending scoring indicators to specific players on BF2's MP environment is pretty much the only way to get this done without impacting other players' killfeed and HUD (or at least that's what my research leads me to believe, not exactly that experienced with BF2 modding).
So with that in mind, all we really need to do is reserve A TON of awards for Dynamic Indication, add some custom text to them, and implement multiple SendMedalEvent() calls in the python code for Dynamic Indication linked to each scoring event.
After putting that revised idea to work with some minor tweaks to scoring and player messaging, it turns out that using the player's personal kill/killed area for Dynamic Indication is a decent alternative to its SP Indication counterpart, and after local LAN testing with 3 players, everything works like a charm.
There are some limitations however:
- Kills can't show the killed player or AI's name, and to my knowledge, it's not possible to edit text on the fly for awards on the Localization file like it's done on the "YOUGOTAKILLSCORE" key.
- Random scores for kill assists and commander scoring had to be changed into fixed points, and for commander specifically, it shows "RND POINTS" since a fixed score for that wouldn't be a good idea.
- Leaderboard scores get messed up as the match goes on, as far as i know that's an issue with the original Dynamic Indication as well, no idea why that happens.

Installing this addon itself is easy enough, its dependency though...
- Go to this link and install the original Dynamic Indication since this addon was developed on top of it, so even if the mod you play already has it included, i still urge you to re-install the original Dyn_Indi mod as that is what i had to do on Heat of Battle to get everything working as it should.
- With the original Dynamic Indication in place, you get to the easy part: Open this addon's zip and extract it to Battlefield 2/mods/*YourModOfChoice*/
- All Done!

Updated! Not much was changed, only tweaked indications for kills and assists slightly for better visibility, as well as some small python and localization cleanups (mod devs now have two additional medals/awards available yay).
