I have made a new Navmesh for the 64 player map for Dalian Plant to allow play with AI bots.
Note that this is not an exact copy of the original 64 player map. There have been some changes to the static objects and flags:
Not a lot was changed on this map. The static objects are already spaced far enough apart to allow
for vehicle access.
The flag at Main Entrance is on top of the building because tanks kept getting stuck on it when it
was at ground level.
The Dalian Plant map from the bf2all64 mod was fine except the boats did not work. The boats
from the carrier on this map do work now.
At the carrier you now have 4 white dots on the map when spawning in. It is a bit crowded but
allows the player to “beat the AI” to the vehicles on the deck.
Each dot is: spawn on deck or transport helicopters, attack helicopter, fighter jet, boats.
I removed the second fighter jet on the side of the carrier as the AI would always crash it into the
sea. Instead 2 jets will now spawn in the same place on the carrier runway which the AI can use.
If you change the flag layout and start to experience random crashes try redoing your Strategic
Areas. Specifically make sure the ‘order positions’ for both infantry and vehicles are in places
where the navmesh exists and the soldiers and vehicles can reach them. Order positions that the AI
cannot reach seem to crash levels a lot.
Also included are the 3D object files (*.obj) used making the Navmesh. If you know how and wish
to edit them further they are in the folder location:
dalian_plant\server.zip\GTSData\output
I used python 2.3.4 to create the Navmesh with BF2Editor.
I used Blender 3.3 to edit the Navmesh obj files.

You do really good work, but in my opinion there is a bug in this map.
On the carrier deck are three spawnpoints, when the bots spawn they fall dead repeatly.
Sometimes when i spawn on the metal plate on the carrier deck i get stuck and i cannot walk out of te plate
Thankyou for noticing that. It was a problem with the spawn points. There was a second hidden one under the jet and another one on the side of the carrier.
I have removed those 2 spawn points so it should be good now.
Made some static object fixes and a few navmesh fixes.
Fixed some errors with the.con spawn points on the carrier (GamePlayObjects).

the problem is still there sorry.
I am not getting those problems anymore. I did find a couple of bad spawn points around the Warehouse control point.
I did notice that if you are the helicopter pilot and you get out then the passenger AI will get out and die on the deck, but I cannot fix that. If you switch to passenger before getting out it stops that.

Fixed some bad spawn points around Warehouse.
Stopped vehicles driving across the south “sand bridge” as the AI tanks were falling into the water at the south end trying to get up the steep hill.
Fixed up navmesh around the road to North Docks.

iirc the construction site steps (infantry) close to main entrance have some trouble, the navmesh goes through the steps ramp
