Paqur City Centre is a cool urban map. Now with AIX2 Port.
Map description:
"Paqur City, one of the largest cities in the area is of major significance to both the US and the MEC forces. The MEC have some major military installations within this city that the US forces are hoping to move in and take over."
Paqur City Centre features 16, 32, and 64 player variations, from small block-to-block fighting to covering the entire city centre.
This is one of the unknown community bf2 map that is didn't have SP Support until i made. It was also BETA! (SP Support requested by: GeorgeTheBell)
Map now supports AIX2!
Here are the tweaks along with SP Support i made:
- Minimap fix that original creator couldn't fix it. (Along with the Vanilla styled MenuMap)
- Added missing Loadmap picture
- Some of the objects were missing shadows. (Still, the map's lights aren't that good)
- Some tweak to the undergrowth
- Better placement for some spawnpoints and objects for to make it SP Friendly
Known issues:
This map is author's first map hence there could be bad lights in objects and other which i might missed and can't fix. Also bots might struggle a bit when using vehicles such as APC which i didn't bother trying fixing it. Another issue pointed out is dead bodies are dropping from the surface down in certain part of the level.
16-32-64 GameModes are available for Singleplayer, Conquest and Coop
How to install?
Extract the archive and simply cut the "mods" folder and paste it to your BF2 Directory. Replace files.
If i did miss something or the map is packed wrong or if it crashes. Let me down in comments.
- Fixed bad spawnpoint causing bots to die immediately due to navmesh (Thanks to Mortarty for pointing out)

Fantastic, I love to see these old multiplayer maps with nav meshing. Thank you for the work.
