Over the past few days I've been remodeling all the rockers covers, as the old ones didn't look that great, also doing some new ignition systems to match

Great job. Would it be possible to costumize the writing on them? Add your own logo or something?
Nope, text would be very hard to do sadly, but choosing a colour/finish and having some different styles for different eras is probably doable

I'm not saying that there aren't cars like that in real but can you give me an example ?
Load of examples! Almost all modern 4 cylinder engines are 16valve (4 per cylinder) and late model Toyota 4AGEs along with old 1.8Ltr Turbo VW motors were 20V (5 per cylinder)

20 valves per cylinder! :D That would be slightly crazy yeah!
