A murdering rapist finally caught and sentenced to an asylum on some island in the middle of some ocean. The man's name is Bill Bergey, he thinks of killing as a sport, and rape as the way to have sex. Bill went to sleep after being put into his room. But when he woke up, the lights were dimmed or out. Nobody was around but corpses and blood. He finds a flashlight and now plans on escaping. You play as this messed up man known as Bill, and you must escape this asylum while also discovering the truth.
