This addon contains a Soviet fighter-bomber with a variable sweep wing Su-17M4, the final modification of the Su-17 aircraft (according to the NATO codification "Fitter").
The aircraft contains a number of functions, the purpose of which, unfortunately, can only be guessed. Also, the Su-17 has an unfinished dashboard texture, but only the lower part of it, the upper part has full-fledged instrument textures. There are sagging weapons, which is why the suspension elements of the Su-17 are not immediately loaded. Also, during the flight, if you fly very low, some kind of sensor will be triggered. The sound is quite loud and can interfere with the gameplay. These are the most serious drawbacks of this addon. Of its features, it is possible to distinguish the destructibility of the aircraft body, as it is damaged. In the end, 1/3 of the aircraft remains, including the front part of its fuselage with the cockpit and wing bases. The armament of the Su-17 consists of two 30-mm HP-30 aircraft guns located in each wing near the fuselage and each gun has a belt for 80 rounds, firing is carried out alternately. On the wings there are two FFAR blocks with S-5 missiles, 32 missiles for each block and two R-60 "Mosquito"(AA-8 "Aphid") "air-to-air" missiles. The Su-17 also has a bomb armament. 4 FAB-250 bombs under the fuselage and two FAB-500 bombs on the wings. Due to a bug, some bomb textures remain on the Su-17, but the bombs themselves are no longer on it. The Su-17 has a physical model of the catapult seat, which will remain on the map after ejecting from the aircraft. To get into the Su-17, it is necessary to open the cockpit, then climb into the plane and close the cockpit, if this is not done, then the closing part of the cockpit will simply tear off and the pilot will become extremely vulnerable to bullets. Another Su-17 has a braking parachute that can be used during landing. There is also a Su-22. It has all the same, but has a different color and is in service with all sides except civilians. It is operated by pilots of the AOS, USA and RACS. Crew: 1 person.
