Three years after the conflict in Chernarus, portrayed in the original Arma 2, a new flashpoint explodes in the Green Sea Region. Coalition forces led by the US Army are deployed to Takistan to quickly restore peace and prevent further civilian casualties. You will enlist into various roles within the US Army, from basic infantrymen, through special operatives, to pilots and tank crew in this new installment in the award winning line up of military simulators for PC from Bohemia Interactive. Building on 10 years of experience and constant engine development, Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead boasts the most realistic combat environment in the world. It models real world ballistics & round deflection, thermal imaging, materials penetration, features a realtime day/night cycle and dynamic wind, weather and environmental effects.
Reshade and SweetFX for Arma 2 Op Arrowhead & Expansions. This is a place and play, no adjustments required.
This is an alternate version to my ENB and SweetFX setups, using Reshade and Sweetfx instead to work with newer video cards and operating systems. This will allow you to enjoy the same enhancements but through another method.
Download and extract to the following location : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead

This is a combination of several different setting files and programs I found I could use with one another (after some adjustments) for Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead & Expansions. It adds detail, shading and lighting, while enhancing colors but not altering the base colors of the game.
This can be used in combination with any texture packs or add-ons.
To make adjustments to Sweetfx, go to \sweetfx folder and alter the SweetFX_settings.txt file.
Alter settings as you like.
Using the Printscreen, will generate ingame screenshots.
They can be found placed in the game folder, where the files were placed.
Use FastStone Image Viewer, to convert them to jpg or other formats.
