A modern day spy RPG. In the near future, worldwide political tensions are at a breaking point when a commercial airliner is shot down by a U.S. missile over Eastern Europe, killing all aboard. The U.S. government claims no involvement, and dispatches Agent Michael Thorton to investigate and bring those responsible to justice. As the first modern day spy role-playing game, Alpha Protocol offers unprecedented control over the development of Thorton's abilities and his interactions with other characters. Upgrade skills such as physical combat, weapons mastery, cutting-edge technology and even seduction as you grow in experience and complete missions.

Is there a way to change what keys i use for hacking computers? Its really annoying having to use the mouse cause the code isnt really in sync with the mouse.
In APEngine.ini (C:\Users\username\Documents\Alpha Protocol\APGame\Config), change the following settings:
bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE
UseVsync=False
bUseBackgroundLevelStreaming=False (this can cause issues on systems with small amount of RAM ie 1-2 GB likevery long load times).
one frame thread lag = false (all one word)
open APInput.ini file and set the following two instances of smoothing to: bEnableMouseSmoothing=false
By the way these settings don't fix it completely (atleast not for me) but the stuttering is much less noticeable.
I also recommend modifying the APgame.ini and reducing MoveSpeedScoped to something more realistic.
Make sure to set in your GPU control panel "Maximum Pre-rendered Frames" to "Use the 3D application", that just about fixed the issue for me.
Looks epic but idk if its worth it
