Nice work! Regarding the Hornet texture, if you have the base model and 3d modeling program to import it into, you can use image masking to paste the artwork directly on the model via texture paint, bypassing UV layout issues.
It may be something worth looking into.
Can you explain more in detail? I have no experience in 3D modeling, but willing to learn if it's what I need to make even better skins. All this time, I've always thought that IRL modeling is much easier than AC modding since I can work with 3D model in real time.
It'll be easier to communicate on r/acecombat Discord, as it has a channel dedicated to modding.
Making a guide on using 3d modeling program to help with texturing has been on my to-do list, but realistically it won't be done for a while.

Any plans on separating each skin into their own .pak? And any plans to add replacement option (skin1, skin2, etc) for each of the skin?

I don't think so. This pack is one part of at least two more upcoming similarly themed packs, and it's intended to work with them. I worry that separating the skins will complicate the installation process since there will be at least 27 skins if all three are brought together.
