my dad was stationed at NAS Oceana when they had their last Tomcat flyout. That's why the Tomcat has a very special place in my heart. (Well and thanks to my dad I watched Top Gun probably hundreds of times as a kid ~born in 1995)

I ran into this F-14 Master File written by Tomcat521(a Chinese Tomcat fan site actived back then) in a book store (yep, in 2010), it changes my world...

BTW was your father in USN? I thought you are German.

I am German indeed, but he was stationed in the US 3 Times as a... uh... foreign relations officer? Don't really know what it's called in English. 2 times in Virginia and one time in Kansas.
