I don't think it has existed for a fairly long time now. Why do you need Max 3.0?

I am trying to mod Hidden and Dangerous 2 but I think the plugins are for 3D Studio Max 3.0.

3DS Max (if this is what you're speaking of) is, from what I understand, a commercial modelling software. There may be a free version but I doubt it'll be a recent build.

3D Studio max is a much much older version.

Anyone?

I don't think the plugins work with Blender.

yea there's a big Green Download button on the top left of the screen as soon as you get there. just click that and depending on what browser you use(chrome, firefox, internet explorer)it might ask where you want to download it to. by default it should go to your downloads folder. once its finished downloading just double click on it and it should start the install process. that's about it i believe.
