Trying to download the Sneaky Mod for thief 3 Thread

I finally found the download link, but my Windows Defender blocks it without giving me the option to override.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't turn Windows Defender off. I've Googled how to do this but no luck -- I get to the end of the process and the final link isn't in the list of options on my computer (in the Virus and Threat section there is supposed to be a "manage settings" option, and there just isn't.)

Thief 3 is not working well on Win 10, of course, and lockpicking is basically hit or miss, so I really need the mod.
