Team Ada is looking for some people! Thread

We are a small team of four people.Currently we are developing an MMORPG called Ada Online.This project has been in developing for something like six months.Ada Online is a pvp-oriented MMORPG which takes place in the world of Ada where there is an ungoing war between two sides that won't end.We are using BigWorld Engine.Right now we are making progresses but alone we can't make it so far.However we can't offer money right now,but we promise a piece of the cake in the end^^.
We are looking for the following positions:

.2D artist
.3d artist
.GUI designer
.Web Designer
.Programmer

The Gui system from the engine is a modifizierte version from the PyGUI. Wich is a very easy high level Gui system.

• Human Ressource (searching people,....)
• Organize the project tasks with the team leaders
• searching investor, and all things arround this.
• marketing: intervies, presd release, social media, ..

Requirements:
• Advanced fluency of the English language, experience in communicating with native speakers
• Ability to express your thoughts and ideas coherently and clear
• Self-motivated, multi tasking
• Previous experience as Project Manager
