Hey there, thanks for taking the time to peek in the door. Our project has need of individuals experienced with UI implementation using C# and Unity. We're developing a WW2 Strategy Wargame that relies heavily on overlay screens for player interaction. We have a dedicated UI artist that will work in tandem with your programming efforts. Familiarity with strategy games is not a prerequisite, but for those that may be inclined to know, this project is something akin to Hearts of Iron, or War in the East.

We are a small team, whom individually, have decided to invest a little time each week to this promising side-project. Our hope is to find more like-minded individuals who enjoy the challenges that a project inspires with the goal of creating something special, above the norm. We promote a casual, business-like atmosphere with a dedicated end-game goal. Transparency, and flexibility are cornerstones to our foundation. We strive to not let the project interfere with your 9 to 5 job or schooling.

Presently, the team consists of four programmers, three artists, a sound engineer and the game/scenario designer. We utilize various tools for task organizing, and discord as our central communication hub. All team members are encouraged to bring forward any creative idea during the implementation stages. We have a working GDD and some initial development of the game engine. We are now expanding our scope to begin implementation of UI, AI and other game mechanics. Assuming we can fill this role in a time manner, the project is looking at between 3-6 months of development time.

I am happy to entertain further questions on discord as it permits a more robust conversation. Interested individuals can contact me there @ Atheory#0528

I thank you for your time and consideration

J
