Recording Gameplay Methods Thread

What would be better, using an MHL adapter, or an app (DU Recorder or AZ Recorder)?

Looking at streaming (of course I would need an adapter for this) and also doing let's plays.

I have an LG V20 (main phone), Galaxy S5 (old phone, mainly for Summoners War), and a Galaxy Note 10.1 (2012 ed., would rather use a tablet for rhythm games and also have stylus friendly games there)

I Recommend to use LG mobiles for the MHL adapter. It is capable of playing all types of games.

I have worst experience with galaxy mobiles.
