Hello friends it's me again! My name is Javi, I'am part of Juvty World Development team. I'm making this post to tell the people all the cool things we are adding to our game in the last month since the pre-alpha stage release on December and share our game to gain a place in the gaming community.

Wild Terra 2 Online: New Lands is a sandbox mmorpg that unfolds in a medieval world with natural elements typical of a life simulator controlled by players. This game has innovative features and very striking graphic designs that create a unique immersion and adventure spirit!

In the game you start play as a man or woman who has to survive in the wild nature, surrounded by animals that you have to hunt and use their skins to wear your clothes and items provided by the environment to build tools, and primitive weapons as well as founding your first settlement.

You can do a lot of activities to move forward in the game and evolve like: Mining, construction, husbandry, cooking, fishing, smithing and more. Also you can capture a territory to star to build your base and fill it with, campfires, build different kind of houses a lof of structures for processing of diferent material and crafting and even castle bases in the future.
The game has change of seasons and weather. Calculation of the position of the sun and moon, lunar cycle. Clear weather, cloudy, fog, rain, snow, and storm with thunderstorms. The wind and movement of the characters affect the grass. The seasons affects it's not only graphics, it will directly impact the game, there may be forest fires, and youmust have to be careful in case of thunderstorms, not wear iron weapons or a lightning can hit you. For fishing you you could have more luck on a clear day.

Everyone will find an occupation and be whatever you want: world explorer, a fisherman, hunter, craft different armors and weapos for your team, home decorating, fights on raids, dungeons, castle sieges and control of territory, combat system with melee and ranged attacks, defense and a variety of skills.

In the last week we have been working on the Mainland, and we continue to improve the Starting Island.

The Graveyard territory has been completely redesigned (red zone in the screenshot), Abandoned sawmill (yellow zone), Mines (orange zone), and access to the sea for building ships will also be added. It will be possible to build your dominium in the green zone.

What has already been done in the game and will be available at this stage?

- Starting island and Continent with unique locations: forests, cemetery, abandoned mines, church, an old sawmill, and others.

What has been done in the lastest days?




- We are redoing the system of walkable areas, which will eliminate bugs with stairs, the impossibility of combining foundations, and will open other new possibilities.
- New containers have been added to craft - a wooden box and a bedside table.
- Added models of a stockade.
- Added icons for a bear's head and helmet.



Implemented a system of passive abilities and bonuses that are unlocked at different skill levels. New abilities are displayed in the Book of Skills, message output is added when a level is received.

New bonuses and abilities:
Heavy armor. Main bonus: damage absorption.
Active ability "Tenacity". Reduces damage taken by half. Turns off running and slows down your movement.
Passive ability “Spikes”. Reflects some of the absorbed melee damage back to the attacker.
Passive ability “Blades”. Reflects even more absorbed melee damage back to the attacker.
Light armor. Main bonus: evasion.
Passive ability “Dodge pace”. Briefly speeds up the movement after each successful dodge.
Shields. Main bonus: block.
Active ability “Rise the shield”.Blocks all damage is taken if it does not ignore protection. Turns off running and slows down your movement.
Passive ability “Firm hand”. The shield continues to block even in stun.
Passive ability “Flexible arm”. The shield continues to block even from rear attacks.
Blunts.
Passive ability “Blunt stun”. Chance to stun a target with usual hits.
Knives.

The list of active and passive skills will increase, unique features for each skill will be added!



Exotic items that can be created using extremely rare ingredients have been added. When you create it, you will also get significantly more experience.
- Bow Dark night. Increased attack speed. For crafting, wood from the Cursed souls grove is required.
- Blunt Poison strike. Chance to poison target when hit. To create, you will need a necromancer bone from the Hidden Laboratory.
- Helmet Fangs of Infection. Chance to poison an attacker. To create, you will need an infected bear's head from the Abandoned church.
- Axe Anathema. Chance to inflict bleeding on hit. To create, you need a casting shape from the Abandoned church.

Progress of our game in development Wild Terra 2: New Lands.

- Added 14 parts for the construction of wooden houses, canopies and towers. Now you can also arrange the parts of the foundation close to each other and build several floors!

- A pillar with a lantern was added to the buildings to illuminate the territory.

- Books for different skills have been added to godsends (They appear on the map and grant different items, such as armor, skill books, ammunition, materials). When using a book, you'll gain the experience points of the corresponding skill.

Two crypts and a necromancer basement are available for exploration at the Graveyard.
Hardened leather armor, as well as all materials and processes for crafting it.

Two new exotic weapons:
Punishment Sword. To create it you need Etched Steel (created from Steel and Caustic Slime, which can be obtained from monsters on swamps). The fur braid of the handle is created from a hardened leather and a bear hide.
Sizzling Dagger. To create it, Magmatic metal is required (created from rare Magmatic ore, it can be obtained from Large deposits of coal, as well as from golems in a cave). The heat-resistant hilt is made of heat-resistant wood, which can be obtained from Oak in a thicket.

Pets in the World of Wild Terra

In this part we will tell you more about the taming and leveling of pets, bonuses, as well as whether it is planned in a finished form.

The skill "Taming" has been added, which will be level up when catching and feeding animals. You can tame ordinary and aggressive animals (aggressive ones must first be weakened). Added several types of snares of different levels for animals to slow them down for ease of capture. Hey friends. Showing up our most recent big update! I'm happy to say that the development is going great, we are listening the recomendations of our players, making improvements for the combat system and we are polishing the game mechanics.

Major Update. Cooking, pottery, improvements of the combat system.

Cooking and pottery:
- New buildings for cooking has been added to the game: Campfire with a cauldron, Cook's workplace, Stone and Brick ovens, Juice press.
- Added over 30 recipes and ingredients for Cooking and 5 drink recipes.
- Added various food and drink effects.
- New buildings for the crafting Potter's wheel and Pottery kiln.
- New item recipes for clay things: bowl, pot, jug, and bricks.

Combat system and weapons:
- Health indicators are now automatically displayed above wounded enemies and has been added display of positive and negative effects applying to the enemy.
- The names of special attacks are displayed before the attack starts, to make the fight more interesting and manageable. Now you can react in a timely manner and take countermeasures.

*Some skills and perks will be able to partially or completely ignore absorption and defense.*
This will be noted on skills description.

- Reflected damage changed and weakened. The defense stat now correctly reduces reflected damage.
- The parry skill has been reworked to only work with a suitable weapon and the parry chance depends on the type of weapon.

- Now the flight speed of ranged ammo is different and depends on its type.
- Added recipes for arrowheads and iron and steel arrows.
- Added recipes for two new bows: Hunter bow and Composite bow. Bow stats have been rebalanced and has been added 2 abilities for the skill Bows - slow, but strong shots, causing critical damage or injury.
- Added ability for the Throwing weapons skill - a throw that stuns a target.
- The passive ability "Weak Point" is now an ability of the Throwing weapon skill, not Bows.
- For bows, the passive ability “Bleeding Wound” has been added, causing bleeding.

Various protective effects have been added to the most powerful monsters:
- Resistant to any kind of injury, stun, slowdown, or all negative effects in general.
- Added partial reflection of incoming damage to the swamp boss "Devourer".

What's new on the game:
- In the game world, you can now find and collect berries: Blueberries, Lingonberries, and Wild Strawberries.
- Hazel and Wild Greens are also available for gather.
- Added Hives, from which you can get honey, as well as Nests of wild birds, for obtaining eggs and feathers.
- Increased player absence time before automatic packing of dominium.
- Added timers for using items, summoning pets and mounts.
- For pets, damage per second is now also displayed, which takes into account all bonuses received by the pet.

What is planned in the next future on Wild Terra.

Important features to develop in the game are coming.

New weapons. Crossbows, Weapons in the left hand (1 in right, and 1 in left), Two-handed weapons, Polearms (halberds and lances), Throwing bombs and more.

New Biomes, creatures and resources.

More about the city, new locations, agriculture, bags.

Central City

Part of the territories and basic models of buildings and decorations were made. In the city, you will meet merchants and artisans from whom you can get various quests, sell special items, as well as purchase recipes and some consumables. Later, a bank with a warehouse will be added, and it will also be possible to purchase a home for furnishing, as well as fast travel.

We planned to release an update with the central city this summer, but due to the large volume of accompanying mechanics (NPC, currency, trade, quests, methods of obtaining currency, recipes unlocked for currency, etc.), the launch of the city is postponed to autumn.

Bags

Developed and added bags that increase the number of slots in the inventory (depending on quality), but give a small penalty to movement speed. Bags are equipped in a slot and are displayed on the character's back, and only one bag can be equipped at a time. In addition to the usual bags, one exotic will be added, to which a lamp will be attached. The bags will appear in the game in the next update!

Snow mountain territory and a new dungeon

The story and monsters for the new location have been worked out. It will be a snow-covered mountainous area where guards live, holding back the onslaught of monsters from the dungeon. New quests, a new type of metal, new equipment, new monsters, and bosses are waiting for you!

Agriculture

In the near future, will also take on Agriculture, and plan to launch it this month. A system of growing crops in several stages, plant breeding, use of fertilizers, tools, fight against pests, diseases, weeds, and soil depletion awaits you. The weather and seasons will also affect the harvest. Initially, only basic features will be available, and all of the above will be introduced into the game gradually.

Full Metal Helmet description:
"The helmet created using the unique technologies of legendary craftsmen dwarfs. For the most reliable protection, the master decided not to make holes for the eyes.

This new helmet has the effect that covers the screen, can't see with the helmet on. But it gives u strong defense. For use it while tank strong creatures or using for protect your team on pvp.

New Update!

Agricultura

Agriculture has been added to the game in this update! Create beds, plant seeds, use fertilizers, water, harvest crops, seeds and breed new crops!

What's new:
Agriculture has been added to the game. Currently available a few crops and basic features. Over time, we will be adding new plants and mechanics to make farming even more fun!
- Available for planting Wild cereals, Barley, Rye, Wild root crop, Carrots.
- Added 5 types of fertilizers with different effects.

- Added Sickle tools.
- Added Iron Bucket.
- Added multifunctional tool.
- Added a new unique helmet.
- Added healing bandages. It takes time to use, but after using, you’ll gradually restore the lost health.

Hello friends! Big news for Wild Terra 2 Online. We are entering our final stages and preparing for a new beginning. This wonderful game grows more and more thanks to the support of our players and little by little we are gaining place among the Gamer community.

October 1st, 08:00 Central European Time there will be a wipe (reset progress). What to expect after wipe:

- more balanced leveling and mining of resources;
- increase in the value of the currency, new goods from merchants;
- improved game performance (up to +20 FPS on some PCs);
- fixed “jerks” when a large number of buildings and other objects appeared;
- you can no longer build on roads; - increased the number of online players;
- the next wipe is only in December, 48 hours before the release of the game on Steam Early Access;
- within a week after the wipe, we plan to add item durability, food expiration date, and settings menu;
- other improvements and fixes;
- immediately after the wipe, a server will be opened in Australia! All owners of the Settler, Conqueror, Hero, “Stay Home” (this pack no longer available for purchase) packs have access to the game.

Also, you can quickly invite a member of the guild to the group and write a private message.

Thanks to everyone who supports us! Thanks to you, a lot has already been added and corrected. We want to maximize the quality of the game before the Early Access release, and this will require a number of changes and bug fixes. Also, we will add a lot of new content!

The updated roadmap can be viewed on our public suggestions board.
As implementation progresses, sometimes we have to change what has been done. And although we try to adhere to the stated deadlines, quality is more important to us. Other changes from the previous version of the roadmap will be added later.

The wipe before the next round of testing will take place on December 14th. During the wipe, we will improve the game balance, adjust rates and some prices in game currency. This wipe and new testing phase will help make WT2 even better!

The last wipe - January 26th, 48h before Early Access launch. Pack owners will be able to start playing at that time, and others will be able to join on Jan. 28th by purchasing the game on Steam.

What's new:
- Added the ability to designate players as "residents" on your territory. A player can be a resident of only one dominium (his own, or another player). If you are a resident outside of your territory, you will also have access to a personal warehouse in the dominium, and a pointer to the house will be displayed.
We want to make it possible to live comfortably with a friend on the same territory. Later, a restriction on the number of residents will be added, it will be possible to use the help of a friend during construction and crafting. We will closely monitor post-implementation feedback to ensure that balances and limits are properly adjusted.
- Hero owners can now build unique towers and statues. Some time after the update, you will need to re-enter the reward key to unlock new recipes.
- Now, when leaving the dungeon, the player is invulnerable for 15 seconds, or until he starts to move or do something.
- Disabled flowers and other small decorative bushes. We'll add them later in the form of harvested herbs used in crafting items, consumables, and food.
- Slightly improved the visibility of harvested herbs and berries.
- Now, if the food has effects, then it can be eaten even if the satiety is full.
- Now slows from equipment (for example, from a backpack) do not apply when using mounts.

- Reduced skill requirements for crafting bronze and leather armor.
- It will now be possible to create improved versions of reward helmets and rings so that they lag less behind their counterparts created in the game.
- Now, if an ability is interrupted before using it with a stun, then you have to wait for the cooldown of this ability. - Affects both animals and monsters, as well as players and their pets.
- Significantly increased the throw time for all mountain warriors.
- Fixed a bug due to which the damage from some abilities was calculated incorrectly, ignoring protective effects and bonuses.
- The movement speed reduction when equipping backpacks is now 20% instead of 30%.

Quests
- Now the quest to build a structure will be considered completed if you have already built such a building in your dominium zone. Unpacking buildings also counts towards quests.
- Increased the chance of a root crop spawning on the starting island, now it also spawns in an abandoned village.
- Fixed a bug due to which the identification of several items in the same stack was not taken into account in the quest and the amount of experience gained.
- Fixed a bug due to which items received as a reward for quests were given with zero durability.

Sounds and Music:
- Added skeletons sound fx.
- Added dwarfs sound fx.
- Added music in the Church.
- Added music in the Cave.
- Improved the sounds of taking damage to the character.
- Decreased the volume for the sound effects of failure and chopping down a tree.

Other fixes:
- Fixed jerks in the movement of animals and monsters.
- Fixed a bug due to which rewards could be transferred through the trade window.
- Fixed a bug due to which the character turned downside if the abilities on the panel are clicked with the mouse.
- Fixed a bug due to which reward helmets were issued with zero durability.
- Fixed a bug due to which officers could not demote and increase the rank of other guild members.
- Fixed a bug due to which the character could remain on the mount when unpacking buildings from the dominium.
- Fixed errors that occurred when creating a new character, if the name is already taken. Character creation error messages are now localized.
- Fixed a bug due to which, after creating 5 characters, a situation could arise when the server began to disconnect when trying to connect to it.
- Fixed a bug due to which campfires and beds could be moved or unpacked outside the dominium so that their owner did not reset and the disappearance timer did not appear.
- Fixed a bug due to which the check for satiety on food only occurred after the timer expired.
- Fixed a bug due to which when repairing one item from the vendor, it did not disappear in the repair list.
- Fixed a localization error made by translators, due to which an error with quests appeared in the German version of the game.
- Improved visual display of iron ore.

Completely redesigned Chat


- Chat channels are now tabbed. You can choose to display all messages at once, or messages from a specific channel, for example, "Trade".

- Now in the drop-down list, you can choose which channel your message will be sent to.

- Now you can scale the chat window, move it, or completely hide it, leaving only the icon.

- Added display of notifications about new messages. For example, if the active tab is currently "Private", then when new messages appear in the "Group" or "Guild" channel, you will see a notification next to the tab icon.


We will continue to improve chat, with new features coming in the future, such as “Show Item in Chat”.


Feudal lords and Peons

Feudal Lord

Why Early Access?

In our game, you, together with other players, create your own medieval world: from the first tools to a full-fledged life, economy, and guilds. In a game with such mechanics, you are given a key role, and for the full development of the project, we need a dialogue with you. How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?While Wild Terra 2 will be in Early Access, we will be expanding the possibilities of the game with every update.
